James Prezlocki - Drummer
James Prezlocki began DJing when he was 14 years
old and started playing drum kit when he was 16. He
immediately began studying intensely and honing his
chops at Mesa Community College, where he met his
current teacher, percussionist and MCC/Dobson
High/ASU faculty member Joe Goglia.
In his short carrier, James has played with the likes of
Jackie Mohamed, Doug Borman (of Dominic Amato's
STATIC band) and Crystal Torres (of Beyonce's
band). He is also the permanent drummer and one of
the founding members of Phoenix-based Neo
Soul/Funk group HOME JONES. Home Jones can be
found performing around the valley and the
Southwest. He is now also the drummer for
AKAThisIsUs.
